It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

It is very useful and a lifesaver when on the go and a document(s) needs completed and signing. It is less time consuming and saves paper as you do not need to print and complete/sign documents.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Ease of use was great and intuitive
Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

Great tool to simply fill out PDF
Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs.
Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF.
A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Do I need a lawyer to change the name on a deed?
To change or transfer a deed without a lawyer, obtain a certified copy and review the information. Take the unsigned deed to the County recorder's office. A County Clerk can witness the granter and grantee's signatures by acting as a notary public. The deed will become official once it has been signed by both parties.
