Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

this is the best product I could find…
this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. (If you take this idea up, please do let me know)Ross Harling

generally very positive. i used the free trial for a month and switched to the yearly plan.
this is by far the best pdf editor i tried using. the biggest selling point is converting the files without losing the layout and the possibility to edit copy and somewhat match the font
i noticed that while editing copy the font size of the original text shifts a pixel down and the font weight automatically turns to lighter than original.
still the best font matching abilities of all the tools, but sometimes a pain

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

The term 1031 Exchange is defined under section 1031 of the IRS Code. (1) To put it simply, this strategy allows an investor to defer paying capital gains taxes on an investment property when it is sold, as long another like-kind property is purchased with the profit gained by the sale of the first property.
How do I find a 1031 exchange property?
Keep your options open. Think broadly when considering a property for your 1031 exchange. Hire a Qualified Intermediary. Hire a commercial real estate broker. Stick with properties of equal or higher value to avoid capital gains tax. You can identify more than one property. You can even identify more than three properties.
How many properties can you identify in a 1031 exchange?
In most cases taxpayers use the three property rule. The taxpayer may identify up to three replacement properties and may acquire one, two or all three of those.
Can you do a 1031 exchange after closing?
Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code provides that you can defer the taxes on the Capital Gains and the Depreciation Recapture when you sell your real estate investment property. So, the closing is over, but you have not received the funds, and therefore you still qualify to engage in a Section 1031 Exchange.
What is the 200% rule?
200% Rule. This rule says that the taxpayer can identify any number of replacement properties, as long as the total fair market value of what he identifies is not greater than 200% of the fair market value of what was sold as relinquished property.
What is the three property rule?
The first rule is the most common rule, the three-property rule. A taxpayer can identify one, two or three properties and acquire one, two or all three properties regardless of the properties fair market value. If more than three properties are to be identified, a taxpayer may choose to identify under the 200% rule.
