What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

A very useful tool for paperless office work. It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software. It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only. I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

This is the best PDF program Ive used This is the best PDF program Ive used. Ive long wanted something to compete with Adobe and this is it. I love the ease of using all features, especially the editing/adding text option. This program is top tier! As a healthcare provider who has to often complete forms for patients, this program exceeds my expectations.

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

Portion Marking The title or subject of a classified document is marked with the appropriate classification abbreviation in parentheses -- (TS), (S), (C), or (U) immediately following and to the right of the title or subject.
The information is to be shown using these marking elements: banner lines, portion marks, agency, office of origin, date of origin, and classification authority block (OCT or derivative).
Overall Classification Marking If the document contains more than one page, place the overall marking at the top and bottom of the outside of the front cover, on the title page, on the first page, and on the outside of the back cover (if any).
Marking a document “Confidential” is easy enough to do, depending on which word processing software you employ. In Word, click “Page Layout.” Then, click “Watermark,” and choose “Confidential.” That watermark will appear on the printed version of the document.
Classification markings provide information about special access, dissemination, or safeguarding requirements. Classification markings only communicate that information is classified and its required protection level.
Sensitivity is based upon a calculation of the damage to national security that the release of the information would cause. The United States has three levels of classification: Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Each level of classification indicates an increasing degree of sensitivity.
