I was surprised I still have to hand…
I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.

Took me a while to figure out how to…
Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. Lease classifications include operating leases and capital leases. A lease is a type of transaction undertaken by a company to have the right to use an asset. What are the two major classifications of leases?
The two most common types of leases are operating leases and financing leases (also called capital leases). In order to differentiate between the two, one must consider how fully the risks and rewards associated with ownership of the asset have been transferred to the lessee from the lessor.
How do you classify finance lease and operating lease?
An operating lease is generally treated like renting. That means the lease payments are treated as operating expenses and the asset does not show on the balance sheet. A financial lease is generally treated like loan. Here, asset ownership is considered by the lessee, so the asset appears on the balance sheet.
