I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

I have NO ablity for photoshop
I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

I love the product and help via chat has been great...
I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Some times the app isn't intuitive. I have had dificulty with the earaser. Could be I haven't had your instructional course and Im doing something wrong.
