I love it! I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer.
The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

The level of communication the team has…
The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. I love all the different options - especially having people sign by text! Super convenient and all around user friendly.

I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.

How to ask for a proforma invoice?
This Research Institute is interested in purchasing of the items mentioned below. You are therefore requested to forward a pro-forma invoice along with your terms & conditions of supply & payment. Please provide a copy of the technical literature and the specifications of these items in a sealed envelope.
What are the rules for a proforma invoice?
A proforma invoice should contain pertinent information such as the buyer and seller's details, a description of the goods or services being provided, the value of the goods, and the payment terms.
What is the difference between a proforma invoice and a commercial invoice?
Basically, the main distinction is that one is used as an estimate, and the other as a request for final payment. A pro forma is used before goods are shipped and no payment is required. A commercial invoice is sent after the goods have been delivered and now, it is time to pay.
Can you edit proforma invoice?
Yes, you can do that. All you need to do is convert a proforma invoice to a regular invoice and update the information (costs, delivery date, etc.), rename the document to “invoice”, assign a unique invoice ID number, remove any language related to “proforma invoices”, and add payment information.
Is it possible to edit invoice?
If there is a mistake, incorrect or wrong entry in the e-invoice, it cannot be edited or corrected.
Is a proforma invoice legally binding?
A proforma invoice isn't legally binding A customer or buyer is not legally bound to pay a proforma invoice. At this stage, there's still room for both parties to negotiate. That's why, once the transaction is confirmed, the seller should issue an official, final invoice.
Are you allowed to edit an invoice?
No matter how careful you are when invoicing, mistakes can happen. A customer's address may be typed wrongly, a discount may not have been applied, or the items themselves may be incorrect. Once sent, you can no longer edit the invoice directly, and a credit note must be issued instead.
