Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

So far great! Just wish we had more options on auto-page numbering. If your document has a cover or a forward like a book, those are pages you don't want numbers on.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. The features and tools of PDF filler editor are really perfect.
I can describe it as a strongest online PDF editor in comparison with another services.
With this service you dont need any expensive PDF editor softwares like Adobe Acrobat on your own system.

Some fonts and non-Latin languages not supported.
