I just started, I also using Dochub for electronic signing. Your features of creating folders and unlimited storage is great. Sending documents to mobile phone is a great feature. I haven't explore the rest. All the best to your team. Good Luck.

I wish to gain more experience before making a committment, but, thus far, I am finding the product useful. Since writing the above, I have used the PDFfiller to complete a batch of same-format, but different forms, and found it convenient to be able to use the one basic form for each of my projects.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.
What do you dislike?
I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

Simple tool that increases productivity in office I'm a software engineer and have to deal with many documents everyday. Having a simple tool that has all the features needed for me to edit and handle all my documents makes my life easier. At the same time it saves me time to look up new tools and ways everyday. The UI is simple and intuitive, and it's easy to attach files, download and share it as needed. Overall it makes me more productive in office. My favourite feature is the electronic/digital signature feature. As a person in the IT department, I have to work with numerous documents and sign many of them. And this tool made that really easy for me. Also, the signature looks blended out and not out of place. Other than that the merging tool and conversion tool are also very helpful. Depending on my needs, sometimes I can convert a ppt into a pdf for easy access or for sending it to anyone. I also get to attach different pdfs together in whatever order needed. I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.

What do you like best? Price is good and plenty of document options. What do you dislike? Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All my PDF needs are being filled by the software

Why is the equation editor selection grayed out? You may have saved your document in a format that does not support the Equation Editor. Try selecting File > Save As and save the document as a .docx file or File > Convert to update the document to the latest format.
Simply select the Insert tab and choose Equation under the Symbols section. If you still do not see the Equation option, you may have to go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon. Select All Commands in the Choose commands from menu, then add Symbols to the tabs listed on the right side of the screen.
When the Equation Icon is Grayed Out If the icon is grayed out, chances are, you have an older type of word document open. Save the document by clicking on File > Save As. Under Save as type:, choose Word Document (*. Docx).
To insert an equation in a Word 2007 document, click on the “Insert” menu/tab to see the “Insert” ribbon. In the “Symbols” section, choose “Equation”. You can also press “Alt+=” on your keyboard. You will now see Equation Tools | Design Ribbon.
Position the cursor in your document where you want to place the symbol, formula, or equation. From the main menu, choose InsertObject. Scroll up or down and choose the Microsoft Equation option, and then click OK.
