Efficient way to fill out forms online.
You can setup default information to be populated online in any type of form.
Ensure to select which user being utilized as if you use for multiple people on one machine, you can mix up information if you are not paying attention.

What does it mean when a court document is sealed?
Generally, record sealing can be defined as the process of removing from general review the records pertaining to a court case. In many cases, a person with a sealed record gains the legal right to deny or not acknowledge anything to do with the arrest and the legal proceedings from the case itself.
Why would a court case be statutorily sealed?
Statutory Sealing of a File Law and Legal Definition. Statutes may have specific provisions authorizing a court to seal or limit the disclosure of files, affidavits, documents, or other materials, whether at a pretrial or trial stage. Generally Statutorily sealed documents are confidential.
Why do cases get sealed?
In many cases, a person with a sealed record gains the legal right to deny or not acknowledge anything to do with the arrest and the legal proceedings from the case itself. Records are commonly sealed in a number of situations: Cases involving trade secrets. Cases involving state secrets.
Why is a case statutorily sealed in CT?
(Specific Connecticut statutes and court rules permit particular documents in a civil or criminal case to be sealed. This means that specific records cannot be inspected by members of the public except by order of the court.)
What does it mean when a case is dismissed and sealed?

Can court records be unsealed?
Sealed criminal records are not often unsealed. It is possible for a defendant to have his/her own records unsealed. It's also possible for law enforcement to unseal records in order to defend a related civil lawsuit or for a prosecutor to decide if a defendant is eligible for a diversion program.
