I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

Just getting use to this program
Just getting use to this program. Was having a hard time finding my form that I needed but I think I have it figured out now.

Very Helpful Filler
This software is the answer on my problem before on how to edit the PDF. It is very helpful to me and to my team. Easy to access and easy to use.
Sometimes I experienced the slow loading of software but it is totally manageable to make it better.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

My overall experience is wonderful!
The most impactful feature is being able to easily fill a PDF, download it, and send it to people.
I least like how hard it is to start a text box on a PDF.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
