It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

I really like this, I am using it more than I thought I would. It has made everything very convenient. I also like the fact that the program remembers things that I've previously typed. It saves time for sure!

Over all really helpful, especially with me filling out awards and scholarships for grade 12. Only issue I had was when typing the text box wouldn't fit as nicely as I would have liked it to, so lines ran through the text and made it a bit harder to read.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

What do you like best?
I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product.
What do you dislike?
The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried!
I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
