I like that you can go back to a field and edit it or move it around. Signature option is very useful. I also like that the buttons and are easy to find.

Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

Can we use formula field in roll up summary?
Forbidden fields include formula fields containing functions that derive values on the fly, such as DEVALUE, NOW, and TODAY. Formula fields that include related object merge fields are also not allowed in roll-up summary fields.
What is a capability of Formula field?
The capabilities of cross-object formula fields are: Formula fields can expose data the user does not have access to in a record. Formula fields can reference fields from Master-Detail or lookup parent relationships. Formula fields can reference fields from objects that are up to 10 relationships away.
Can we use formula field in SOIL query?
Yes. Formula fields are calculated at the time of query, so they will calculate at runtime based on the currently saved values for that record. Also note that subject fields that contain formulas return the value of the field at the time the SOIL or SOSL query was issued.
What is a workflow rule?
Workflow lets you automate standard internal procedures and processes to save time across your org. A workflow rule is the main container for a set of workflow instructions. These instructions can always be summed up in an if/then statement.
Does a formula field update trigger a workflow defined on update?
Garry Volunteer. Allow changes in formula field value to trigger workflow. Process Automation. Currently, if you use a formula field in a workflow trigger criteria, a change in the value of the formula field does not count as a record edit, and will not kick off the workflow.
Can we use Is changed in Formula field?
You can only use CHANGED in the following cases: Validation rules. Workflow rules if the evaluation criteria is set to Evaluate the rule when a record is: created, and every time it's edited. Formula criteria for executing actions in the Process Builder.
