Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Easy to use, the functions are very intuitive

Pdf filler is very easy to set up and use. The monthly fee is at a low cost. Using this service makes completing and sharing electronic documents simple and efficient.
It is not free but is a very good value. You can try it for free to see how the program works but if you chose to use it, you will pay a small fee before you can print or send a completed document. Some pdf files are not compatible or are difficult to get the text exactly where I want it.

this is by far the most user-friendly website I've experienced in this field. I wish I'd known about it sooner. I wasted a lot of time until I found y'all. Very thankful I'm here now.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. I enjoyed chatting and working with her.Joyce

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

Good, but would be better if the cursor would line up exactly on each line with the line above. It's frustrating to have to manually line it up every time.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.
