It needs a desktop application for easier access vs going to the website all the time.

I think 40 dollars is too much, but... I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. At first I had difficulty understanding how to use PDF Filler maybe because the way the dashboard was set up was that there were too many icons that made it seem too overwhelming.

What do you like best? This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.
