I am glad to have this filler. At my school we are trying to go paperless. It is expensive. Sometimes hard to maneuver and cumbersome to use. Once I get the hang of it and use it more often I am sure I will become more adept at using the filler.

i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund. I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.
