My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. I own a few franchise restaurants and have to use this product about once a week and it makes my time with documents way faster and easier. I don't have to download a document, scan it, sign it, and then rescan it and then send it. I can do it all electronically thanks the PDFfiller.

I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!
Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is a very easy to use software in which I can easily edit the documents in PDF format. This tool saves every document in the cloud, so wherever you go, your documents are always with you. It also has feature to sign the documents and also making the templates is an easy job.
What do you dislike?
PDFfiller takes too much time when it comes to adding a file to edit it, it takes so much time to open the file. Also the price is a bit high as compared to the number of features provided by it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As PDFfiller is a nice way to manage the documents in the industry, it is recommended by me.

Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..
