I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.

First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.

As a freelance worker, I must use papers for completing contracts, bills and etc.

Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

First, the website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). **************** is outstanding.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL
