I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Very convenient and easy to use and saved me on more than one occasion (same type of issue). Now that my "crisis" is over, I want to delve into the product and actually unlock it's potential.

Needed a simple online pdf product. Registration was easy enough. I ended up needing more advanced features so didn't use much. Support staff were super helpful when accidentally billed.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
