How do I compress a PDF on a Chromebook?
To do this, click on 'File' at the top left of the screen, and then select 'Save As Other' button and then select 'Reduced Size PDF' as seen in the following screenshot below. Compressed (zipped) folder as seen in the screenshot below.
How do I add a page to an existing PDF file?
Open your PDF document.
Right-click in the PDF, and select Insert Pages from the right-click menu.
Can I add to a PDF document?
To do this, open one of the PDF files you want to combine, like the file I have open here. Then click on the Tools pane, Pages panel, and select the Insert from File command. After you click the Select button, you can specify the location your file is inserted into the existing PDF.
How do I arrange page numbers in a PDF?
Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools > Organize Pages)
Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range.
Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want.
Save your file.
Can you add more pages to a PDF file?
On the Page Layout tab, in the Pages group, click Insert. In the Open dialog, select the document to insert. Click Open. In the Insert Pages dialog, select from the available page range options, and specify where the pages should be placed within your file.
