You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file
The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.

I was a bit misled - I looked up free pdf edit - I edited all the pages I needed, but I couldn't do anything with them until I signed up... so I had to sign up to get to them....

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.

Great tool to simply fill out PDF
Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs.
Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF.
A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.

The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

What does it mean to assign a lease?
The Assignment of Lease is a title document (also referring to the process itself) whereby all rights that a lessee or tenant possesses over a property are transferred to another party.
What happens when you assign a lease?
When you assign a lease, you move out permanently and a new tenant moves in for the remainder of the lease term. An assignment of a lease differs from a sublet. With a sublet, the original tenant gives up an apartment temporarily. With an assignment, the original tenant gives up the apartment permanently.
Can someone take over an apartment lease?
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. If the new tenant fails to pay rent or damages the rental, your landlord could look to you for compensation.
