Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

This is my second time using this program & I don't recall having to line up the cursor each time where I wished to type. It would be easier to tab between fields.

It is very good for the most part; however, the pop-ups are very distracting. Also, when filling up a table with numbers, is is hard to line them up.

A conditional mail merge combines a set of simple merge documents with one data file. One or more conditional statements route each record in your data file to the appropriate merge letter. Select File, New from the menu bar. Select Blank and click OK. Select Tools, Mail Merge from the menu bar.
Press Alt + F9: Look for the NEXT IF Field: Delete it: See also: Word, Mail Merge. Word, Next Record If Rule (Mail Merge) Microsoft Office Support, Field Codes: Next field.
You can have the mail merge include a record number or a sequence number on the mail merge document. To do this, go to Mailings and click Rules, then Merge Record #. This will insert the actual number of the record from the database or spreadsheet where you are pulling the records.
In Excel, select the column that contains the ZIP Code/Postal Code field. On the Format menu, click Cells. Click the Number tab. Under Category, click Text, and then click OK. Save the data source. Then, continue with the mail merge operation in Word.
