This is the greatest software for online documents I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online I have no negative comments about this software

Depending on context, a sentence may or may not merit a question mark. Indirect questions, like I wondered what she was talking about, should not end with a question mark. Likewise, an exclamation that superficially appears to be a question for example, Was she ever surprised! is just that: an exclamation.
Note that you put a question mark at the end of a question, even if the words in the sentence are not in the normal question order, or some words are omitted. Care is needed here as such a sentence can look, at first sight, like a statement rather than a question.
5 Answers. You do not need a question mark because the sentence is what is called an “indirect question." Indirect questions do not close with a question mark but with a period. Like direct questions they demand a response, but they are expressed as declarations without the formal characteristics of a question.
If you are asking a favor or making a request that your reader may be unable or unwilling to grant, use a question mark. This allows your reader the chance to say no. When addressing a request to someone who reports to you, the expectation is that they will comply. Therefore, a period can be properly used.
Question marks are used in direct questions, i.e. when the actual words of a speaker are used. A reported question should end with a full stop.
The abbreviated asap is very common in business emails and is accompanied by a 'Please' to convey the sense of polite urgency. Please finish this task asap. One alternative to asap is at the earliest. Please finish this task as soon as possible at the earliest.
Can you tell me? Could you tell me? Can anyone tell me? / Could anyone tell me? Do you know? Do you have any idea? Do you happen to know? I wonder if you could tell me
Step 1: Focus on the recipient. Remember: Your message to the important person should be focused on THEM. Step 2: Sell your benefits. Let's face it, you're trying to sell yourself here. Step 3: Make saying no impossible.

People always resent being ordered around so make sure to avoid using imperatives when making requests. Saying, Give me some time off will never please your boss. Instead, start your request politely, for example, I'd like to request some annual leave, or I'd appreciate it if you could give me your feedback.
Do not be in a haste to do a follow-up. Wait for a few days, you may wait for about two days. If you do not get a response then you can send a message reminder. Be sure to come up with the right intention. If it is urgent, say so and explain briefly why it is urgent.
Please advise/update us on the delivery status. — Okay with "us" and a period. Please provide an update on the delivery status/status of the delivery.
Question marks are used in direct questions, i.e. when the actual words of a speaker are used. A reported question should end with a full stop.
Ending With a Question. Conclusion paragraphs are very important to a piece of writing. Whether it's fiction or nonfiction, a conclusion summarizes the main idea and important details. Ending with a question is a great way to leave the reader thinking even after he or she is finished reading.
Questions to ask of your conclusion Is my conclusion genuinely well-supported by the evidence and argument that I have presented? Is my conclusion directly relevant to the essay title? Have I identified the most important conclusion, not just an interesting side issue?
