What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiller for several years and it is essential to my law practice. I haven't used a typewriter to fill in forms since I began using PDFfiller. Especially helpful filling out long questionnaire forms which may have to be changed as additional information is received. Great product!

easy to use pdf filler
I use my pdffiller for all my real estate needs!
I like the convenience of uploading docs from the internet
I don't like how files are stored, it requires too much renaming.

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Still learning and having a few problems, but probably user-error related. Would undoubtably help if I had slowed down enough to watch the video, but just had to get this done.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

Can my landlord tape an eviction notice?
Landlords must notify tenants of an impending eviction by serving a notice, typically sent by certified mail and taped to the front door. Pay or vacate: This typically gives tenants late on rent three days to get current on their payments or leave the rental before eviction proceedings begin.
Do you have to serve an eviction notice in person?
Check with your local landlord-tenant court either in person or online at the court's website for instructions on handling an eviction, including any notices you may have to give the tenant before serving eviction papers. This has to be served on a tenant before serving an eviction notice.
What is the legal way to serve an eviction notice?
The most effective way to serve a notice of eviction is to send the notice via certified mail with a return receipt. After this is done, the notice of eviction is posted conspicuously on the property, such as the front door or garage.
Does a sheriff have to deliver an eviction notice?
Your landlord may personally deliver the notice to you. It does not have to be delivered by the sheriff or notarized in order to be valid. There may be a brief period at the very beginning of the eviction in which tenants can negotiate directly with their landlord to stop the eviction.
Does eviction notice have to be certified?
An eviction notice is a written request from a landlord to their tenant to get them to vacate their rental property. In most states, it needs to be mailed via certified mail directly to the tenant.
What happens when you are served with eviction papers?
In many cases, an eviction notice is issued for failure to pay rent. If that's your situation, you can stop the landlord from going through with the eviction by paying the rent you owe. Once the matter goes to court, the landlord still must win the case and obtain a court order to legally evict you.
How long can I stay in my apartment after an eviction notice?
Everything depends on your landlord and the state. But if you don't pay rent in 3 days after receiving a notice, the eviction process will start. It can last up too few months, but 3 days notice is the beginning of the end. In case the eviction process was launched, it will be reflected in your background check.
How long does it take for an apartment to evict you?
