I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Very effective tool that enables me to upload and mark students PDF assessments. I would love to learn more to speed up the process further and have some questions re adding colour to symbols i.e. tick symbol

There are few issues while importing…
There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

Really easy to use
The web interface is really easy to use.
The "wow" feature for me is that you can setup a default signature and copy and paste it on documents as you need.
This has saved me from losing time with some legal documents I need to sign while I'm away.

How do I verify an electronic signature?
Open the PDF file in PDF Converter Professional. Left-click on the Digital Signature field. Click “Verify Signature”. Click “Properties”. Click “Verify Identity”.
How is digital signature computed and verified?
The computed hash is encrypted by the private key of sender resulting in the digital signature. The digital signature is sent along with the original file for its verification by the receiver. Sender decrypts the digital signature by using the public key of the sender to get the hash sent by the sender.
How do you check if a PDF is digitally signed?
Open the document in question. Locate the bar directly beneath the horizontal menu toolbar. Look for a red medal or ribbonlike icon. This icon indicates that the document has been digitally signed.
How is a signature verified?
An encrypted hash (a string of data) that's specific to the signed document is then created. The person responsible for sending the document is then able to match this hash with a public digital certificate, thus verifying the signature.
How does a bank verify a signature?
On every payment, signature on the instrument is tallied with specimen signature and paid if otherwise in order. Banks apply water of fingertip on the signatures of instruments of above Rs. 20000/ to ascertain the genuinely and as to confirm the verification as a precautionary step to pay the Check.
