Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

Excellent PDF filling software
I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated.
This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time
Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.

Can I add my girlfriend to my house deed?
You can add your fiancé to your house title with a quitclaim deed. Preparing a quitclaim deed is a straightforward task, however, there are ramifications to consider. When you add a party's name to a house deed, you're giving away an ownership interest in your property. It may also create gift tax consequences for you.
Can I put my girlfriends name on my house?
You should NOT put your girlfriend's name on the house. You can change this AFTER you are married, IF you get married. You can have a separate agreement with your girlfriend that you will put her name on the house if you should get married, but DO NOT put her name on the deed now.
Can a person's name be on a deed without being on the mortgage?
It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. If a mortgage exists, it's best to work with the lender to make sure everyone on the title is protected.
Can my boyfriend put my name on his house?
It's perfectly legal to co-own a house with someone to whom you're not married. You can put your name on the deed even if you don't sign the mortgage, provided the lender agrees. Taking title as unmarried partners or friends, however, is often more complicated than when a married couple buys a house.

In the case of unmarried people it depends on how they hold title. There are two ways to hold title: tenancy in common and joint tenancy with rights of survivorship. Tenancy in common, or TIC, means each person owns a percentage of the house and if they die then their interest in the property goes to their estate.

Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.

IRS Gift Tax Laws When you add someone to your deed, the IRS considers this transfer a gift from you, which is subject to the gift tax. If you add your daughter to the deed of your house, the value of the house is split 50/50, gifting your daughter half the home's value.
