Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. However, I am more than pleased to say that PDF filler provides both an outstanding product and platform as well as stellar customer support. I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but

Best program Ever!
This software has changed our business. We are in a very form intensive business and not all forms come in electronically. PDFfiller allows us to convert them and manipulate them to our liking. Saves us tons of time and effort.
Nothing I don't like. This software has allowed us greater efficiency, allowing us to focus our time on other things.

The esign feature added to the searchable docs for literally anything from rental agreements to Notes is terrific. Everything I do is saved in my account.
