PDF Filler is great
PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

How do I autopopulate a PDF date?
Select the Tools (right corner) > Forms > Create or Edit > Add New Field, and create a text field. Select the Format tab, choose Date for the format category, and choose a month, day, and year format option (for example, “MMM d, YYY”).
How do I convert a string to a date in access?
5 Answers. Use the Devalue() function to convert a string to date data type. That's the easiest way of doing this. Hit Ctrl + S and save the module as modDateConversion.
