I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.

This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

Pretty good tool overall
Pretty good tool overall, sometimes when you hit the Tab button it jumps to a field father down the page, but all in all really easy and accurate.

Can I use my phone as a hard drive?
Use your phone as a hard drive. This varies slightly from phone to phone, but the principal is the same. You plug your phone into your computer and tell it to “turn on USB storage” or “Mount as disk drive.” The examples above are from stock Android 2.2 on the left, and HTC Sense on the right.
