What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

It really is an easy to use application…
It really is an easy to use application and i needed something like this and I didnt have much time so I know if I can use that fast then its a great app!

Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

How do you connect sheets?
Sign in to Data Studio. In the top left, click. , then select Data Source. Select the Google Sheets connector. Select a Spreadsheet and Worksheet. Configure any of the data source options (see below). In the upper right, click CONNECT.
How do I show margins in Google Sheets?
On your computer, open a spreadsheet at sheets.google.com. At the top, click File. Print. Under “Margins,” click Normal. Choose a margin type. To customize your margins, click Custom numbers. Enter new margin numbers.
Where is the Page Layout tab in Google Sheets?
Select the pages or paragraphs that you want to change to portrait or landscape orientation. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Margins. Click Custom Margins. (On the Margins tab, click Portrait or Landscape. In to Apply to list, click Selected text.

How do I print landscape in Google Sheets?
