PDFFILLER PDFFILLER, I have tried many and many have failed, typically to overstate and underdeliver, however. PDFFILLER, is the nerd in the room understated but delivers at every turn. There have been times though that I was sure they misssed something, that is untill I call support and talk about delivery. A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Hours spent trying to figure out this glitch, testing this and testing that, and the support agent just as friendly and helpful at hour three as at hour one, come to find out, it was my network, my VPN and firewall wasn't letting me upload documents, others were good and worked fine. except from my phone. Even then the agent was doing even more testing and providing his findings via screen recordings over email. I was amazed and it wasn't the first time. incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am not an easy person to please as most software isn't completly vetted before release but PDFFILLER has done their work and worth every penny.

Here are the 10 steps to write an Affidavit of Support: Write at the top center of paper the title, Affidavit of Support. Start the affidavit by introducing yourself; your full name, residential address, and date of birth. Write down your willingness of taking up the responsibility of the person you are sponsoring.
Title the affidavit. First, you'll need to title your affidavit. Craft a statement of identity. The very next section of your affidavit is what's known as a statement of identity. Write a statement of truth. State the facts. Reiterate your statement of truth. Sign and notarize.
Determine if you need to file an affidavit of support. Obtain an I-864 form. Complete your form. Assemble supporting documents. Sign your affidavit. Submit your form to the appropriate agency.
The Affidavit of Support confirms that the Sponsor earns enough income to support their relative in the US. The income requirement is usually between $20,000 — $30,000 per year. However, if the Sponsor doesn't earn enough, there are other ways to show that they can support their relative.
Exemption Based on AWA Self-Petition Abused or battered spouses or children self-petitioning for U.S. green card under the Violence Against Women Act (AWA) are also exempt from the I-864 Affidavit of Support requirement. Their approved Form I-360 will be sufficient proof of their exemption.
The processing time of the Affidavit of Support takes at least 6 weeks. After the NVC receives the documents from USCIS, they process them. The NVC will look at the sponsor's Affidavit of Support and supporting documents. The applicant must have paid the fees for the Affidavit of Support to receive processing.
Typically, I-751 affidavit letters of support are written by friends of the married couple. The letter is not limited to friends; it may be written by a family member or even a religious leader. Ideally the person writing the letter of support has known the couple since before the marriage and until the present time.
Find a reputable person within your community. Like any reference, the power of its claims lies in the credibility of the writer. Give details about your situation. Draft the letter for them. Sign and Notarize letter. Attach letter to your application.
