initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Overall a good experience. Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

A thank you I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

AWESOME SOFTWARE Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

SEC comment letters are issued when the SEC identifies issues where a company can improve its disclosure or enhance its compliance with the applicable disclosure requirements.[1] Companies are required to respond to the comments that are raised in the SEC's initial letter until the SEC is satisfied company
A letter of comment or comment letter is a letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission that is sent to a company in response to filing its registration statement. These letters are stored in the SEC's EDGAR database, since the SEC began releasing these communications to the public after August 1, 2004.
SEC response times to the registration statement vary depending on a number of factors including the complexity of the specific filing and state of the market at the time of the filing, among other factors. However, the SEC has reported that its goal is to respond to the initial Registration Statement within 4 weeks.
