The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

The form was free
The form was free, really free and didn't require me to pay to download my document as other sites do. It was easy to use with instructions provided. I loved the check mark option.
