ITS PRETTY GREAT, THERE ARE A FEW FEATURES I WOULD LIKE, INCLUDING AN ONLINE MANUAL AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE TEXT BOXES ONCE THEY ARE FILLED OUT. THERE COULD ALSO BE AN ABILITY TO PAY PER FORM AS I PROBABLY WON'T BE FILLING OUT PDFS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)

cost per document option
I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
