I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

so far its Great the only part is when i sign it it diplays the PDF Filter logo on th e document meaning i have to print it and sign it and scan the document deveafting the whole purpose of your system

I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages

Converting a C corporation to an LLC taxed as a partnership often results in a large tax bill. This is largely because the corporation is taxed in conjunction with the sale or transfer of its assets (liquidation), and the shareholders, too, are taxed on the assets distributed to them.
How can I legally get out of an LLC?
