It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

What do you like best?
This program is user friendly. Very easy to use with icons and symbols that make to simple to navigate and get the document filled in, saved, emailed or printed very easily. I highly recommend this program for any size business that has PDF documents to fill out

There is nothing to dislike. I will say the steps to print. Really nothing to dislike.

There should not be an option for… There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.
