So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. And VERY UNSATISFIED with the small print that is located UNDER the nice AFFORDABLE FAKE SALE PRICE at the beginning of the website

i have had a great experience so far
it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software
i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents
Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
