When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

I like everything about this program, but I prefer to be able to create folders without tags and be able to fill out forms without NEXT bars popping up all the time - they are annoying. But my overall experience with this program is great!

No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too. What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

Invoice reversal. You can cancel individual invoices that have an approved or paid status, without doing a return transaction. Reverse invoices can be used to remove erroneously entered invoices, and credit or debit memos. The status of the original invoice is set to REVERSED.
A payment reversal is when a transaction paid to you is returned to the buyer. This typically happens after a chargeback or having lost a dispute with a customer (i.e. a lost PayPal claim). In this situation, it is common to want to reverse the actions that a transaction triggered when it was originally received.

Find and open the transaction you want to reverse. Need help finding a transaction? Go to the Edit menu and choose Reverse []. For example, if you want to reverse a sale, choose Reverse Sale. If you want, alter the date and memo. Click Record to record the reversal transaction.
