This program has allowed us to reduce the amount of time it was taking to complete our main work task by at least 50%. The only significant improvement that would increase our experience would be the ability to rotate any specific text input by 90 degrees.

I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

Stupid-Easy to use
Very easy to get used to.
This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies.
I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost.
It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system

I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!

How do I update my ICANN information?
Changes to the Primary Contact or Secondary Contact can be submitted by completing the Registrar Primary Contact Update Form [PDF, 184 KB] and emailing it to globalsupport@icann.org. ICANN -accredited registrars are required to provide ICANN with accurate and current Primary Contact information.
How do I update my whops information?
Sign in to the Account Center. From the Overview page, select the domain you want to edit. Under DOMAIN TOOLS, select Edit WHOPS Contact Information. Click the. Button for the contact to update your WHOPS information. Complete the form and click the save button to save your edits.
How long does it take to update whops records?
Once you have updated the information with your Registrar, the publicly available WHOPS record will be updated by the Registrar, and the WHOPS record we show will also update accordingly. In most cases it takes 24-48 hours for information on WHOPS services to reflect updates.
How do I remove whops information?
Log into your Name.com account. Click on the DOMAINS button, located on the top right-hand corner. Click on the specific domain name you'd like to disable Whops Privacy for. Under to Whops Privacy you can toggle the button to off to disable the privacy.
How do I change my domain registrant details?
Log in to The Console. Manage the domain you want to make changes to. On the next page, click [Domain Name] Scroll down to Contact Information. Click [Modify] next to the contact information you want to edit. Registrant contact: the primary registrant and domain owner.

To update the registrant information listed in the Whops database or transfer your domain name to a different registrant, please contact the registrar with which the domain is registered. For information about the domain name, including the registrar name, conduct a WHOPS search at https://whois.icann.org.
