I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

How do I edit an emailed document?
Click on the File menu, then select Options. Select Customize Ribbon and then use the drop list to choose Commands not in the ribbon. Find the Edit Message tool and copy it over to a custom group in the right-hand panel. The Edit Message option should now appear in the message menu bar when there is an attachment.
How do I edit a downloaded Word document?
Open the document library and select the link on the file you want to edit. If the file type is supported for previewing, it will open online. If not, you'll get a download prompt.
Why can't I edit a downloaded Word document?
Disable Document Protection If you cannot edit your Word document, it's probably protected with password. Open Word 2016 document you have problems with. Go to Developer tab (if you don't have Developer tab, go to File>Options>Customize Ribbon> and select Developer) In the Protection group, go to Document Protection.
How do you unlock a Word document for editing?
On the Review tab, in the Protect group, click Protect Document, and then click Restrict Formatting and Editing. In the Restrict Formatting and Editing task pane, click Stop Protection.
How do you edit an attachment in Gmail?
