Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Thankyou pdfFiller!

How to Use the Correct Form Feature in pdfFiller
The Correct Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make changes to your forms and documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the form or document you want to correct in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button at the top of the page.

Select the 'Correct Form' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains various tools and options to help you correct your form.

Use the 'Text' tool to add, edit, or delete text in your form. Simply click on the text you want to change and start typing.

If you need to add a signature or initials, use the 'Signature' tool. Click on the area where you want to add the signature or initials, and choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

To add checkmarks, circles, or other shapes, use the 'Shapes' tool. Select the shape you want to add, and click on the area where you want to place it.

If you make a mistake and want to undo your changes, use the 'Undo' button at the top of the sidebar.

Once you have made all the necessary corrections, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
