Easy to use and has functionality I need.
Think there is some maximum number of pages you can convert at one time so have to break it up.

The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

How do you identify cracks?
For example, cracks on exterior wall must have cracks on interior walls correspondingly, or reflect in other locations. Most structural cracks are in vertical shape, or 45 degree diagonally originated from the corner of an opening. Openings are the weakest spots in a building.
