Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out

Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. Does the IRS report to food stamps?
The Internal Revenue Service will cross-check the name and Social Security number of every applicant for welfare, food stamps and Medicaid this fall for the first time in a search for unreported interest or dividend income that could make them ineligible for those programs.
Do I have to report my tax refund to food stamps?
If you do not report a tax refund or ETC/EIC, you may have problems with DTA. The Department of Revenue (FOR) shares tax information with DTA. In most cases, your tax refund or ETC/EIC will not hurt your SNAP and AFDC benefits.
Do you have to claim SNAP benefits on your taxes?
The food stamp allotments made to each household are not counted as taxable income. Neither the IRS nor state or local taxing authorities may tax food-stamp benefits, according to federal law. If you receive food stamps, you do not need to declare their value on your annual tax return as part of your income.
What happens if you don't report income to food stamps?
If you do not report when your income is more than your household's IRT limit you may get more benefits than you should. You must repay any extra benefits you get based on income you do not report. If you do not report on purpose to try to get more benefits, this is fraud, and you may be charged with a crime.
Does your tax return count as income?
A federal tax refund is not entered on a federal tax return, so it is not income. A state tax refund can be considered income on a federal tax return if you itemized deductions in the year of the tax refund.
Can you go to jail for not reporting income to food stamps?
Anyone who is convicted of making a false or a misleading statement to obtain welfare benefits can be charged in California with a misdemeanor. A conviction is punishable by up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $500.
Does food stamps have anything to do with taxes?
According to the Internal Revenue Service, food stamps and public assistance are not taxable and will not affect your tax return.
How does snap affect your taxes?
The IRS says if you receive SNAP benefits, they do not count as taxable income. Receiving food stamps won't affect your return, increase your tax bill or reduce your refund. That's because food stamps are a type of welfare benefit, and welfare benefits don't count as taxable income as long as they're based on need.
