So far it has worked for what I need. I wish there was a better price for non profit corporations. AZ Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 charity but I had to buy myself because of the cost.

As a Realtor I am constantly having to merge PDF files, or fill in forms, or add notes to contracts, or rotate pages from horizontal to vertical. My hand writing is not very legible, but PDFfiller makes all of my docs look professional.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Some characteristics of larger cracks that are cause for concern include when two sides of a wall are at differing heights, when doors and windows have gaps around their frames and the cracks in question are wider than 5 mm, or you can insert your little finger in them.
Some characteristics of larger cracks that are cause for concern include when two sides of a wall are at differing heights, when doors and windows have gaps around their frames and the cracks in question are wider than 5 mm, or you can insert your little finger in them.
They appear. You fill or plaster over them. They come back.
If the crack is located closer to a corner and is wider than 1/8 in, it is probably not due to shrinkage but indicates a more serious foundation issue. If your vertical foundation crack is wider than 1/8 of an inch, call a professional to get it inspected as it may be a cause for concern.
CRACKS IN WALLS OR ABOVE WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES It could be excess moisture or a poor mud and tape job, but it could also mean that your home has foundation problems. If foundation settlement is the cause, you will usually see the cracks re-open after they've been repaired.
Most small cracks in drywall or plaster walls are not serious and are caused by seasonal expansion and contraction of the wood framing in your house over time. Larger cracks in your walls, however, can indicate structural or foundation problems.
Floor cracks, wall fissures and a broken chimney can also mean trouble. Over time your structure may experience foundation movement due to a variety of conditions. When that happens, your foundation can shift and gaps may become a very serious concern.
When do wall cracks indicate a structural problem? Larger cracks that display these characteristics may indicate weaknesses in your property's foundation: One side of the wall is higher than the other. Doors and windows no longer close in their frame.
