With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Need to make this able to handle more than 150 pages, or at least have the document splitter handle up to 500 pages. I manage PDF files which average 300 pages....

pdfFiller support - Honest and Prompt
I used pdfFiller with a free trial account because I only needed a single instance use. Product worked perfectly for my needs than I cancelled the account. Later in the month my bank advised of a subscription payment!!!
I contacted pdfFiller support to put my case. Result .... immediate reply from pdfFiller with refund of subscription arranged. Honest and prompt.

It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I thought I had to wait like with other programs and help on the Internet, but nothing could be further from the truth: in less than two hours my problem is solved. I am very happy with them.

Make your life easier and less stressful - fill out word docs/PDFs without stressing out about scanning or printing.
pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.
