I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Very convenient and easy to use and saved me on more than one occasion (same type of issue). Now that my "crisis" is over, I want to delve into the product and actually unlock it's potential.

So far all worked really well, the only thing that could be still improved is to have the possibility to change the font size, when filling in a document

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

How do I find out the name of an app?
