I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Excellent, easy to use and saves a lot of time
It has saved me time mainly and a lot of hassles in getting physical signatures.
I have signed and shared documents within minutes rather than signing/scanning or mailing.
If you want to save time and get your documents signed ASAP, PDFfiller is a must have software. You can use it anywhere as long as you're online and you can edit it too without any hassles. It's very affordable.

This program makes it much easier to complete a complex form than doing it by hand and the customer support is very responsive.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
