Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

AFAIK, there's no way to automatically convert an mp4 to a PPT or PDF. You can use most any video editor program (and some players) to grab stills and then use them to build a new PPT or PDF. Export pngs, if possible. They look much better than jpegs.
