2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

How do you convert multiple worksheets from a workbook to separate PDF files?
To convert several worksheets, select them all. To select adjacent sheets, click the tab for the first sheet, hold down Shift and click the tab for the last worksheet you want to select. To select non-adjacent sheets, hold down Ctrl while clicking the tabs of each sheet you want to save as PDF.
What is the shortcut to save an Excel sheet as a PDF?
Alt + F , then Alt + E or Alt then E takes you to the Export options page, where you can choose what to export to. Alt then E then A will also take you to the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog. If you commonly export to PDF/XPS, consider adding an icon to your Ribbon bar as a shortcut.
Can you print all the worksheets in a workbook into a single PDF?
Click on File then Print and see if you like the way the pages will show when printed to PDF. If you don't have any changes to the printing options select the Print Entire Workbook option under Settings and novaPDF from the Printer name section and click Print to create the PDF file.
