I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. Very helpful for filling out international documents in Japanese. Typing in Japanese alphabet was not good but the copy and paste approach worked just fine!

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
