I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. For the most part this is an easy and reliable program to navigate. Some forms expect utilization of the text tool which does not always lend to professional format or uniformity. I am unclear whether this is a function of PDFfiller or the form itself.

Seems ideal for filling Apps. Better than Acrobat Pro.
While I have only played in the app for about 15 minutes, I very much like the tools provided for completing forms. In fact, they are superior (for the purpose of form completion) to those available in Adobe Acrobat Professional. They are far more intuitive. Once I get more time in, I will likely increase my rating to five stars.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
